The availability calendar displays real-time scheduled vists or recurring tasks which are color/abbreviation coded in the following way:

• White: Unscheduled time available for reserving a Visit or regularly occurring need
• Red: Scheduled help - Indoors: Visit (V), Short visit (v), House work (H) Outside: Dog Walking (D), Shopping/errands (S)
• Gray: Family time preference, conditionally available
• Black: Unavailable
